Welcome to Caiburroni
The Caiburroni farmhouse was our home for a few years, and it was a happy time. It was nice to be away from the noise and rhythms of today, but to be able to find ‘civilisation’ within a three-minute drive. We liked to look out from the loggia and catch a glimpse of the bell tower of the small San Felice parish church in the green of the hill opposite, or to meet deer, foxes and hares close to home. Now we live elsewhere, but we continue to think of Caiburroni as our home, so that when we decided to modify it to open it to guests, we did so with the care of those who want to welcome friends and share with them what they like. And we like to indulge our aesthetic sense outside and inside the house, living in a charming natural environment and surrounded by simple but tasteful furnishings.
A holiday at Caiburroni, whether short or long, allows you to recreate yourself, enjoying the small, ancient pleasures that our quiet countryside still offers.
Our guests can explore the area pleasantly on foot or with the mountain bikes available; they can bring to the table appetising grills of local meats, cooked on the outdoor brazier in summer or on the fireplace in winter, together with the produce from the small vegetable garden dedicated to them; they can above all rediscover the pleasure of peaceful sleep.
We love this place and our guests have loved it. You will love it too.
